Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in inventory and will be fulfilled at a later date, as outlined on the product page.

Payment for pre-orders is processed in full at the time of purchase.

Pre-orders are produced in limited quantities and made specifically in response to orders placed. As such, pre-order purchases are final sale and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once an order has been placed, unless otherwise required by law.
