SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship within Australia and internationally.

Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

2. Where We Ship From

All orders are shipped from Australia.

3. Pre-Orders

Some items are offered on a pre-order basis.

When you place a pre-order:

  • Your payment is processed at the time of purchase

  • Your order will be dispatched once production is complete

  • Estimated shipping windows will be provided via email

Pre-order timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We will communicate any significant changes via email. Please ensure you check your junk/spam and confirm your subscription to receive all emails. 

4. Shipping Timeframes & Costs

Australia

  • Standard shipping: Estimated delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout

  • Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

International

  • International shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs processing

Please be advised that our business days are Monday to Friday - We aim to meet these delivery times but please note that these are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

5. Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)

For international orders shipped from Australia:

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by your local customs authority

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • Any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by local authorities are non-refundable

     

     

Some countries may require additional information (such as identification or proof of payment) to release parcels from customs. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout.

6. Delivery

Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier

  • We are not liable for parcels lost or stolen due to delivery instructions provided by the customer (e.g. authority to leave)

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier directly.

7. Order Changes

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

Once an order has been placed:

  • We are unable to change delivery addresses

  • We cannot modify order details after processing has begun

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.
