Returns
We accept returns on eligible in-stock items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Pre-Orders & Limited Releases
We have a 30 day return policy. NO EXCHANGES.
Some of these items are produced in limited quantities and/or made specifically in response to orders placed. As such, we are unable to accept returns after 30 days of receiving the item, exchanges, or cancellations once a pre-order has been placed.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Promotional Items
Any promotional items or incentives (including gift items offered in connection with a purchase) are non-refundable, have no cash value, and are not transferable.
Refunds
